Aesha’s Merch Refund & Return Policy

Hey Aesha fans! 💖 We want everyone to have a great experience with their order, so here’s a clear guide on how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns

Heads up: We can’t accept returns or refunds for items that don’t fit. Our size guide is there to help you pick the perfect fit, so please check it carefully before ordering.

Because all items are made to order, we also cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

To start a return request, email us at aeshasmerch@gmail.com. We’ll confirm everything and provide the correct return address if applicable.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please email us with clear photos and we’ll work to get a replacement sent out as quickly as possible.

European Union Customers

EU customers still have the 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return eligible orders, as required by law.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note banks and card providers may take additional time to process refunds.

Shipping & Costs

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. We’ll provide the correct return address if your return request is approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

Care & Usage

Please follow the washing and care instructions provided on your garment label.

Items damaged due to improper washing, drying, or general misuse are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exempt Items

Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.
