Aesha’s Merch Refund & Return Policy

Hey Aesha fans! 💖 We want everyone to LOVE their order, so here’s a clear guide on how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns

  • Heads up: We can’t accept returns or refunds for items that don’t fit. Our size guide is there to help you pick the perfect fit, so please check it before ordering.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or it’s the wrong item, we’ve got you! You can return it for a refund or replacement.

  • Items must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • To start a return, email us at aeshasmerch@gmail.com. We’ll confirm everything and provide the correct return address.

Exchanges

  • We only exchange items that are damaged or defective.

  • Just email us with photos, and we’ll get your replacement sent out as quickly as possible.

European Union Customers

  • EU customers still have the 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return any order, as required by law.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging, just like above.

Refunds

  • Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks and card providers may take extra time to process your refund, so thanks for being patient!

Shipping & Costs

  • Do not send items back to the manufacturer. We’ll provide the correct return address once your return is approved.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item was damaged or defective — in which case, we cover the return shipping.

Care & Usage

  • Please follow the washing instructions on your garment’s label.

  • Items damaged from not following the care instructions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exempt Items

  • Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.
