Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle and deliver your orders.

Delivery

FREE Shipping on all Orders Nationwide across the United States & New Zealand.

International Delivery

We offer FREE SHIPPING to a range of international destinations: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden & Singapore. If your country is not listed, we may not be able to ship to you, or may only offer a paid shipping option, please contact us if you are unsure.

If you are required to pay for Shipping, to ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are couriered out of our partner warehouses around the globe, to try to keep shipping times down and sustainability in mind. When available, we will upgrade your shipping at our expense, to an express courier for a faster arrival.

Our partner platform works with major carriers to offer ePacket, air freight and other shipping solutions to provide on-time delivery, tracking information and competitive pricing. Specifically, the trusted suppliers work with numerous shipping companies, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and many more. This ensures that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible.

Delivery Times

Items are processed by Aesha's Merch usually within 24 hours of purchase. 

Order Processing cut-off time is 4pm EST, Monday-Saturday.

Handling (time from warehouse to courier) can take a few additional days but most items are shipped within 3 business days.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders should arrive within 7 to 10 business days within the USA and 10-30 globally, after processing is complete, via DHL / UPS / FedEx / TNT or EMS. But this will also depend on your location and products chosen. Sometimes we need to ship from a warehouse further away to complete your order, which will slow the delivery service. Some orders may take 2-4 weeks.

You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order via email.

Once you purchase your items, you will receive a confirmation page which has a section to track your order via SHOP App. Scan the QR code with your phone and Shop will send you real-time delivery updates via email, once your order is shipped.

P.O. Boxes

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is given by mistake we will contact you and this may cause a delay with the delivery of your package.

Payment Options

On checkout you can either opt to pay by Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Or Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay & coming soon Afterpay. Credit Card transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be shipped on the same, or next working day. If you have any other questions please contact us.

Canceled Orders

An order may be canceled before it leaves the warehouse, however once your order ships out. Please contact us asap.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order.
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in your country.
